The Grand Atrium Payment Plans (Installments)
- At the time of booking, the buyers are required to pay 25% of the actual cost as a down payment.
- Then after six months they will be required to pay the first installment which will be 15% of the actual cost.
- Second installment will also be 15% that will be paid on completion of a year (12 months).
- Third and fourth installments will be paid on completion of a year and a half (18 months) and two years (24 months).
- These will also be 15% of the cost. The fifth and last installment will be paid on completion of two years and a half ( 30 months) and will be 15%.
So the installment plan lasts 2.5 years. International brands are already doing business in The Grand Atrium on interest-free installments.
