Al-Muntazar Garden situated on Main Superhighway near DHA City on the total area of 217 acres. Its booking was start on 10th March, 2012 at Bhojani Hall, Karachi. At that time Hujjat ul Islam Molana Syed Ali Murtaza Zaidi announced his supervision of Al-Muntazar Garden.

For the remembrance of Momineen due to the prime & attractive location of project every one wants to get the plot in Al-Muntazar Garden. and they are convincing to other Momineen for Al-Muntazar Garden.

After getting great interest of Momineen in Al-Muntazar Garden. we took another 80 acres of land for Al-Muntazar Garden VIP Blocks.

Now administration of Al-Muntazar Garden. feels pride to announce that now we did not came with empty hands between you. As per our past history now we bring another Shia Community Colony by the august name of Al-Mubarka Garden. In the current situation of power energy we plan to install Solar Energy Plant and Wind power Plant in Al-Muntazar Garden & Al-Muntazar Garden VIP-Block. So you will get the electricity without any load shedding.

In today's world, the world is getting modern in many different ways. Rates of the crimes are increasing very much all over the Karachi. That is a reason why a security system is very important for us.
