With quality, trust, safety and commitment as our defining traits, we, at ASF, have decided to launch housing schemes under the umbrella of ASF Foundation. The purpose of undertaking this commercial activity is two-pronged. One, we wish to become a self-sufficient body which can take care of families of the in-service, retired and shaheed personnel of ASF through the funds generated through this and other such activities. Two, we want to go a step further in our service to the nation by providing state-of-the-art accommodation to the citizens of our country. In our endeavor of Housing Schemes, we want to assure you that the entire process of forms distribution, registration and balloting will be fair and impartial and our construction will start within a month of balloting so that timely completion of the scheme is ensured.

Locations of  Flats, Plots & Bungalows are ideal as it is surrounded by schools, colleges, Hospitals, Parks, shopping centers, offices, restaurants and 24 hour public transportation networks.

Registration Process

Availability of Registration Forms/And Payment of Registration Amount:-

For Registration of Apartments, Bungalows and Residential Plots, the Registration Form & brochure packs are available at designated branches of Bank Al-Falah and Askari Bank, from where you can obtain a form and a brochure against PKR 1000 (non-refundable) through a copy of your CNIC. Complete list of all designated branches can be found in this brochure. You can take more than one brochure & form pack on one CNIC. Since you can only register one property type through one form, you are advised to take a separate form for each property type which you want to register for. Just as a bungalow and a plot are 2 separate property types, for the purpose of your registration with us, kindly note that a 120 yards bungalow and a 240 yards bungalow are also considered to be 2 separate property types. Similarly, 4 room apartment, 5 room apartment and 6 room apartment are considered to be 3 separate property types and so on.

While filling out the form, you are requested to follow all the instructions and procedures, part of which are given in this brochure and part of which are printed on the form. The form has to be filled in English language and mark has to be placed in the box next to the property type for which you want to register through that form. After completely filling up the form, the form, along with a pay order/demand draft or cash of PKR 10,000 (fully refundable), have to be deposited before the due date in the designated branches of Bank Al-Falah and Askari Bank. If you wish to register for more than one property types then you can register each of your required property types through a separate form and PKR 10,000 will be deposited with every such form in the designated branches of Bank Al-Falah and Askari Bank. To elaborate, if you wish to register for one property type then you do it through one form and deposit PKR 10,000. If you wish to register for four property types then you do it through four forms and deposit PKR 40,000 and so on.

Established in 1976, ASF is responsible for security of all the 42 airports of the country out of which 24 are operational including 9 International Airports. It has a staff of over 10,000 headed by a serving Major General of Pakistan Army as its Director General and a serving Brigadier as its Deputy Director General.


MISSION OF ASF:


Our mission is to safeguard Civil Aviation Industry against unlawful interference and ensure security by adopting counter terrorism measures, thereby preventing crime and providing round the clock surveillance and security to all the airports in Pakistan.


MISSION OF ASF HOUSING SCHEME:


In all our projects, our strong focus is in three key areas: good location, quality construction, materials and designs, and timely delivery of projects. To ensure all this, we have assembled a robust team and have also taken onboard honest, hard-working and quality-delivering people and companies to assist us in our ventures.

After completion of projects, our strong focus will again be in three key areas: security, household services and amenities, and maintenance of our projects. Here again, we will ensure that quality of work and timeliness in provision of services and resolution of issues is steadfastly adhered to.
