The booking for Aimal Tower has started with 25% payment. All the apartments are available for 16 quarterly installments. Other than all these, the people purchasing apartment in Aimal Tower have to pay a few extra charges. These charges include 15% extra for ground level apartments with lawns. The corner apartments cost an extra 10%. The apartments on ground floor without lawn cost an extra 5%. There are 3% extra charges for the first floor apartments and 2% extra charges for apartments on second floor.

The construction work on Aimal Tower is still going on and it is going to take approximately two to three years to complete this project. MPCHS is quite far from Rawalpindi/ Islamabad. But it has got all the facilities in it. The living cost can be high due to its distant location from the city.
