All installments must be paid before 10th of each month.
All payments and installments must be paid through payees account by cheque / pay order / demand draft in favour of project.
Electric/Gas/Water connection charges (including meter deposits) and documentation Registration charges/Fees for lease charges will be paid extra by the allottee/buyer on demand.
In case of cancellation, booking & allocation amount shall be non refundable.
The allotment of the plot shall remain provisional until full payment is received by the Company.
All documents will be valid subject to regular payments as per agreed schedule and will be adjusted at the time of final payment.
All extra charges will be payable within 90 days from the date of booking.
