According to our survey team representative Al Rahman Garden Phase 4 is another ongoing residential project by Al Rehman Developers on the main canal road of Lahore near Jallo Park. Al Rehman developers have promised so many features and facilities, but here is the detail of the facilities which are actually available.

Society main entrance gate work is complete, but boundary wall is still not finished yet. Society main road is 40 and inner roads is 30 feet wide. All roads are fully carpeted but main road doesn’t have any green belts. Each street has a proper lighting system for the residents ease in night.

Nonstop Electricity is available but electric lines are not underground. Sui gas is not available currently but sewerage work is complete. Society also have its own commercial Zone, community center, play grounds, Parks, Kids play area and Jamia Masjid.

Currently 200 families are living here. Security guard check post and CCTV monitoring facility is available on entrance gate only.  Plot Price per Marla is 550000 to 650000 and Commercial Plot Price per Marla is 12 to 15 lac. Overall society development work is 100 percent complete.

Property rates are very high in Al Rehman Garden Phase 4 because society is located on the main canal road of Lahore.
