Interview Meeting with Mr Tahir Shafique, a resident of Ali Garden living here for the last 5 years and also running a Tuck Shop as well. He was of the viewpoint that the residents of the town are good in daily meetings; moreover, the society of the town is also working very well and is contributing towards the improvement and the betterment of the residents living here. The facilities such as the gas, electricity, ptcl connections and a few other are the plus point for obtaining a living in Ali Garden.

He also told that area for the park is yet to be specified. Previously 400 plots of 5 marla category were designed and planned by the developer but later on due to the inclusion of 3 marla category the number of plots extended to almost 500 with active residents are almost 125. The Ali Garden is distributed in A and B block as well on both sides of the main 40 feet road. The inner roads are 20 feet wide. Ten (10) years back the rate per marla was Rs 85,000 while Mr Tahir purchased his 3 marla plot @ Rs 1,60,000 per marla some 5 years back.
