Amount of eight quarterly installments for studio apartment is two lac ninety two thousand rupees. Amount of eight quarterly installments for one bed apartment is four lac forty four thousand rupees. Amount of eight quarterly installments for two bed apartment is six lac twenty four thousand rupees. And amount of eight quarterly installments for three bed apartment is eight lac eighteen thousand rupees approximately.

Five percent discount is given on total cost, if the payment of the apartment/apartments is made at once at the time of booking.  These eight quarterly payments are supposed to be paid after every three months. These payments will be finished in the duration of two years and you will become the owner of apartment/apartments.
