The current successfully completed projects of Chaudhry Estate Developers are: Hajvery Garden, Sitara Valley Phase I, Hamza Town and Gulshan e Usman.

Bilal City is a Secured Gated with Boundary walled Housing Society to be developed on an area of 12 Acres Bilal city is just adjacent to Sabina Town on Shiekhupura Lahore Road Faisalabad while it leads to Baghay wala Village through Baghay Wala Road Link Shiekhupura Road Faisalabad. Its start date was November 2016.

Total number of plots are 165 with size of 5, 6 ½, 7 and 9 Marla. Almost 12 house structures are completed with 5 families have started residing. Although it is an FDA Approved Society yet the availability of Gas would take some time. The registries of the plots would be completed by the mid of this year. Water treatment plant is proposed and would be made functional on the basis of feasibility for the number of active residences. The main Road is 50 feet wide the other roads are of 40 and 30 feet width.

The following conditions would be applicable on the society members / owners of the plots:

The base road of the car porch would not be over 1 feet;
The construction work of every plot would be started by leaving 5 feet from the front;
No construction work would be allowed on the green belt of the road;
Residents would make sure the drainage of extra water and sewerage without disturbing the main road;
Plot holder would be the member of the general body of the society;
After selling the plot the membership of the owner would also transfer to the new purchaser;
The Chaudhry Estate Developers has the right to extend the Colony in future;
Every plot owner would be depositing Rs 50 per marla of the vacant plot and Rs 100 per marla of under construction plot for each month to the society that would be utilized for the maintenance of the street lights, garbage stands, parking and roads cleanliness;
Keeping animals like buffaloes, cows, sheep & goats are prohibited.
