CANAL GARDEN, East Canal Road near Faisal Garden Faisalabad.
The Canal Garden was developed by a team of renowned developers in the past (1995) i.e., Kashif Ehsan and Mirza Idrees. Currently I&N Real Estate Developers have managed the canal Garden.
The total area procured was 29 acres and street wise (11 streets) were made to demarcate the plots of size 5 and 10 kanal with almost 277 plots were in total. At present, more than 50 % plots have been built in houses and active residents are living here.

The main boulevard of the canal Garden is of 100 feet width while the inner street and other roads are of 25 and 40 feet width. A main electric grid pole is passing by the side of the main road while the electric wires are leading on the top of the well maintained park space.
Most of the residents are from businessmen class as well as employed persons are also living in the community of the Canal Garden.
In near future, the extension of the Canal Garden over further 13 Acres of Land is planned and would link the Canal Garden with Shiekhupujra Road on the other side as well.
