Chenab Gardens (Faisalabad Employees Co-operative Housing Society - FECHS) Summundri Road Faisalabad.

Till date (October 2017), 266 houses have been constructed with over 200 active residents are here. The underground water is mostly used for the daily household needs. An R.O drinking water plant has been installed by the society. Regarding the sewerage the issue of the disposal is yet to be finalized, The boys and girls schools construction still needs attention from the society authorities in the local government. Two of the mosques are in construction phase and are in operative condition.

Per marla price of the residential plots in Block "A" of Chenab Garden is Rs 6 – 7 lac, Block "B" Rs 4 – 4 ½ lac, Blocks C, D, E & F - Rs 2 ½ to 3 ½ lac. The rate of 1 kanal plot is Rs 4 ½ - 6 lac per marla. "G" block has the lowest rate i.e., Rs 250,000. Following are the prices of the constructed houses: 7 marla: Rs 7 – 8 million, 10 marla: 8 – 12.5 million, 1 kanal: 15 – 20 million.
