Payment Procedure at Crystal Residency

There are five categories available according to different sizes and prices.

Type A 1 apartments have four rooms cost a total of 22,50,000 rupees.
Type A apartments have four rooms with a total cost of 20,25,000 rupees.
Type B apartments with 4 rooms cost a total of 19,00,000 rupees.
Type C apartments have 3 rooms. The cost of these apartments is 14,00,000 rupees.
The lowest costing apartments are Type D, with two rooms and a total cost of 8,25,000 rupees.

There is an extra charge of Rs. 75,000 for apartments on first, second and third floor. Apartments facing the road also cost an extra amount of Rs. 75,000. Similarly, apartments situated on the corners also cost an additional 75,000 rupees. Also, there is an extra 75,000 rupees charge for apartments that are open on the west side.

All the payments are due within 180 days after booking. The clients can enjoy reasonable discount if all payments are made in time according to the allocated schedule. Documentation charges are not included in the cost of the property. In addition, there are extra charges for utility supplies connections which are to be made on behalf of the occupant himself at the time of possession. The clients are handed over the apartment only after complete payment of all the dues and development charges to the builders.
