Current rates of DHA Homes are still low, so a high investment, profitable business is there for your hard earned money. Your construction cost will definitely fall around somewhere to the overall cost of a ready-made house.

A Block consists of 8Marla and B Block comprises of 5 Marla DHA Homes. Future plan is to build up houses in C &D blocks as well.

Even if you are planning to construct a house on your own, residential plots are the best thing where you can invest. Central area can be more appealing as far as the prices are concerned.

Estimated prices in DHA Valley Islamabad are as follows:

5 Marla Plots: minimum price=2.50 Lac profit, maximum price=7.50 Lac profit

8 Marla Plots: minimum price=3.50 Lac profit, maximum price=9.50 Lac profit

5 Marla House: Rs. 40 Lakh

8 Marla House: Rs. 60 Lakh
