DHA Phase 4 is spread over an area of 16750 Kanal, which is distributed as under:
Area allocated for Housing Directorate 1607 Kanal Area allocated for Part1 Ph-IV 5143 Kanal Area allocated for Part2. Ph-IV under development. The project is being developed along a winding road that connects the area to both DHA Phase 1 housing towards North and Rawalpindi M2 Motorway that links towards the South.

Initiative needs to be taken by those who want to mint money quickly. I would definitely want to bring this phase 4 into the limelight of government and builders so that more advancement can be done on this piece of land. For the builders, they can construct offices, schools, hospitals, pharmacies, shopping malls, mosques, play area for kids, parks, bridges and of course homes so the sale of the lands and houses can be increased. Important to mention that DHA phase 4 was primarily launched as Phase 1 but was later named as Phase IV. For all lawful and practical purposes, it now falls within the limits of Rawalpindi district. It spreads along Soan River opposite to Bahria Intellectual Village reaching M2 Motorway Interchange. It also touches Askari 14 as well as Adiala Road.
Because of the good location, Phase IV has three entries, giving an easy access from three different sides of the city.

It was a joint business enterprise between DHA Islamabad and Bahria Town while Habib Rafique was suppose to cover up the developmental work. Somehow, due lack of understanding between the major groups, the project had been taken up by DHA Islamabad itself.
It turned out to be in a good cause of the landowners as the latter decided to firstly allot the plots to the ones who had made full payments. Re-balloting was the process which was opted for the later process of allotment to be dealt with.
