DHA Phase 4

An extension of DHA Phase 1, Islamabad connecting the chords smoothly, knitting it into a more expanded design and giving it extended features of a more developed society. DHA Phase 4 truly portrays the utmost possible scope trying to achieve a workable number of plots thus enhancing the economy at its peak. 

DHA Phase 4 is spread over an area of 16750 Kanal, which is distributed as under:

 Area allocated for Housing Directorate 1607 Kanal Area allocated for Part1 Ph-IV 5143 Kanal Area allocated for Part2. Ph-IV under development. The project is being developed along a winding road that connects the area to both DHA Phase 1 housing towards North and Rawalpindi M2 Motorway that links towards the South.

It was a joint business enterprise between DHA Islamabad and Bahria Town while Habib Rafique was suppose to cover up the developmental work. Somehow, due lack of understanding between the major groups, the project had been taken up by DHA Islamabad itself.

It turned out to be in a good cause of the landowners as the latter decided to firstly allot the plots to the ones who had made full payments. Re-balloting was the process which was opted for the later process of allotment to be dealt with. 

The developmental work has started a few years back and in Phase 4 it will be completed by 2017. Fast paced work is presently being done on the development of roads and bridges. By year end strong edifice will be laid on the ground.

Rates are gradually increasing because of the quick advancement done in the Phase. Moreover, scenic beauty and the natural landscape of Phase IV is also a foremost reason why investors and homebuyers are equally eager about buying land there. 

DHA Phase 4 can be made more appealing if the architecture is done in a modernized way for buyers’ attraction. It is the right time for investment and building up more projects in this society.
