The proposed Site has been suggested to construct Dadocha Dam, but the owners of the plot need not to worry as the property will only be relocated in this case.
The news regarding expected possession and development is in the air and allocation of some of the homes will be given by the end of current year.
Getting real to the core, so far a few DHA chunks are under developed. Issues definitely exist as the Valley project demands several years of skilful planning followed by the construction period.
It is hopeful that the construction for the dam will be initiated, so the project members can foresee or take things in a positive manner.

It is no doubt an excellent investment opportunity, if you want to gain short term revenue keeping in consideration the above mentioned details , home possession activity, if starts, can be a befitting opportunity to sell the property only via keeping a close check on the market rates. Emergence of a project is certainly not an easy task. Electricity work is being carried out in many blocks which are more developed and discussed as above, additional work needs to be done for leveling of lands but before that, proper road map needs to be followed to keep everything in shape.
Work is in progress on major roads.
As mentioned in article on DHA Phase IV, it is joint venture of DHA Islamabad, Bharia Town and Habib Rafique. More to add is that this project includes:
As per the law requirement 85% of the land possession is required, but on the contrary, the company has acquired on 10% of it. DHA officials had to confront complications in obtaining land from the local residents which adversely affected the building up of the project. So far, all the development is going at snail’s pace. We wish to see a concrete outcome of the project pending for several years.

Though, the master plans hold us the promise to construct more DHA Homes, commercial avenues, valley blocks and overseas block construction.
