There are some terms and conditions applied to this housing project. There terms and conditions include that houses of various sizes will be offered on ownership basis for sale. The applicatio0n form should be duly filled and signed by the applicant along with a Cross Cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft drawn in the name of Dewan Kashish Homes. Any problem or query related to allocation of Homes or alloties shall be sent to Dewan Kashish Homes Executive Board Management and their decision will be considered final.

If a buyer wants to cancel the allocation / booking of the homes, then the amount shall be refunded after re-booking of that home and with 10% deduction of the total price as service charges. The alloties shall pay all the electricity, gas, water connection, documentation, and possession charges according to the applicable rules. The alloties shall pay all the taxes levied by the authorities / agencies that are existing or will exist in the future.

Every installment shall be paid according to the fixed schedule otherwise 4% surcharge per month will be charged on delaying installments. If the payment shall not be paid on time, the management shall forward the final notice and shall have the right to cancel the booking. The alloties shall abide by the existing rules and regulations prescribed by Town Municipal Authority (TMA) and the management.

The management assures to deliever the homes within the targeted period, but if any natural calamity occurs then the management will refund the payment within the 6 months after the announcement of this calamity.

Booking is open for 5 Marla double storey lavish homes in Dewan Kashish Homes. Total price of the home is 70 lac where 20 lac is paid as down payment and the rest of the amount is to be paid in easy installment plan of 2 years. Possession of the house is given in 10 months after booking.
