Payment Plan of Euro Grand Park

The cost of each apartment includes the building expenditure, the accessories, fixtures and the back up generators fitted in each unit. The apartments are booked and allotted on first come, first served basis. There is an extra charge of Rs. 50,000 for corner unit. To get a space reserved in the basement parking lot, the owner has to make an extra payment of 100,000 rupees. The open spaces (terraces and balconies) also have extra charges applicable according to the side it faces and the area covered.
The apartments on different floors have different prices according to their location and sizes, along with special features, if there are any.
The apartments can be procured on cash payment. The customers can also avail the opportunity of monthly instalment plan according to the apartment type they have booked. In case of instalments, the customer has to pay almost 10% down payment and the rest in monthly or quarterly payments, as per settlement with the developers.
The cost of the housing unit does not comprise the expenditures of utility supplies like electricity, sui gas etc. The occupants have to arrange and pay for these services when they assume residency. However, arrangements can be made on behalf of the residents by the developers, if requested.
