There are some important points which must be considered while booking:

At the time of booking, ten percent discount is offered on full cash payments.
Before 10th of each month, all the installments must be deposited.
All extra charges will be payable in the time duration of 180 days.
Payments will be accepted only in the form of cheque/ pay order or band draft. Cash payments will no bet accepted.

In this schedule, booking for 1st to 3rd floor is for Rs 1,50,000. Booking for floor 4th to 6th is for Rs. 1,40,000 whereas booking for floor 7th to 9th is for Rs. 1,30,000. The amount of allocation and confirmation of the floors is the same of their respective price (1,50,000, 1,40,000, 1,30,000).
