It means the price of residential plot is 5 to 6 lac per Marla and similarly the price of commercial plot is 8 to 10 lac per Marla.

Right now it’s really difficult to buy plots and start construction work in Faisal town because it’s really expensive. Because of its attachment with Koral Town and Gulberg Greens the property rates here are very high. Residential and commercial plots of 5,7,10 and 15 Marla are available here. And the price of 5 Marla residential plots is about 40 to 50 lac and the price of commercial plot is about 8 to 10 lac per Marla.
