Fazaia – II Lahore was launched in March, 2010. A total of 1500 kanals (approximately) land on Sunder / Sharif Complex Road about 5 kms from Fazaia – I was purchased. This scheme was opened for serving uniformed Officers, JCOs / Airmen & PAF Civilians initially. The scheme was approved by Iqbal Town Lahore in 2014.

Currently infrastructure development works consisting of Roads, Footpaths, Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage, Over Head Water Tanks and Disposal Station worth Hundreds of Millions are either completed or near completion.

Construction of Mosque, Commercial Plaza, Community center, Horticulture , Landscaping, development of Parks, Playgrounds, Schools and Hospital have been planned concurrently and will be undertaken in near future.
