The Scheme is situated at prime location of Northern Bypass Karachi. The scheme was launched in March, 2015. After completion of Master Planning and Layout of apartments, development works have started at a fast pace. Construction of Boundary Wall, Entry Gates and Roads upto sub-base level are in progress. The apartments are divided into two categories i.e. Luxury Apartments and Standard Apartments at two locations.
