2. Fill the Booking Form and attach Pay Order/ Demand Draft.

3. Submit the Booking Form along with Pay Order/ Demand Draft.

4. Two ID card pictures are required.

5. Payment on cash facility is available on site office.

Vesta Chartered Town Planners strongly believe that every sale is a start of a new relationship. A kind of relationship that is rewarding for both of us. Therefore, we have developed a facility that allows the customer to book for their property online in a quick and simplistic manner.

Term and Conditions:

1. The time fixed for payment of each installment is an essence of the Agreement. In case of delayed payment the Apartment shall be cancelled with out notice and paid amount shall be refunded on the completion of the Project, after deduction of 10% of the total price of the apartment irrespective of the number of installments paid. The managements reserved the right to cancel any apartment without any reason.
2. That the Buyer can shell the Apartment during the installments period after clear all outstanding dues and the next Buyer will have to pay the balance amount as per Annexure A. The Buyer shall not change the use of apartment from residential to commercial.
3. That the address given by the Buyer in this Agreement shall be deemed to be correct for any correspondence.
