Whichever purchase of canal is made a 10% discount is available if the investor intends to make 100% cash payment.

4 KANALS FARM HOUSES
The 4 kanals farm house is of 2444 square yards. It requires 20% of down payment at the time of booking which amounts to Rs. 26, 00,000.  The installment period is spread over a period of 18 months and a total number of installments that can be facilitated are 6. The buyer will need to pay Rs.15, 00,000 as installment amount in each quarter. The buyer will also need to pay Rs.14, 00,000 at the time of the possession. So the total sum will be One hundred and thirty million rupees.

5 KANALS FARM HOUSES  
The 5 kanals farm house is of 3055 square yards.
