Scheme has fully carpeted and 40’, 60’, 100’wide roads. Main Boulevard Road is 100 Feet wide and other roads have different sizes but the minimum width is 40’. GAS AND WATER SUPPLY

There will be no issue of Gas in this scheme because main pipeline of gas is passing through the main road. So, after booking, gas will be supplied to each house on self-finance basis and on the applications received from clients, to ensure the availability of gas supply in each house.
There will be 24/7 supply of water to all the residents of this scheme, which will be proper and functional all the time. To ensure this, two reservoirs are going to be constructed in this Scheme, so that its residents never face any kind of water shortage.
TELEPHONE AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM

Telephone Connection will be provided to the residents if they submit an application for this, then society administration will further submit their applications to the PTCL exchange on their behalf, to ensure that the residents do not face any inconvenience.
