In order to create a lifestyle for the “Generation Y” of Karachi and international investors, the Company has acquired a piece of land measuring 12,950 sq yards from Pakistan Railway, situated at I. I. Chundrigar Road. The title of the land has been transferred in the name of the Company. KFT complies with the strategies and framework for the long term development of the site. KFT will also benchmark and generate design guidelines for property development while maintaining the overall quality of environment and functional efficiency of the surrounding district.
The site is situated at the midpoint of I. I.Chundrigar Road, which is the main hub of economic activity in the Central Business District of Karachi. The site is adjacent to Karachi City Railway Station. The main access to the site is from 150 feet wide I.I.Chundrigar Road which leads to Karachi Port. All services and utilities shall be linked from I.I. Chundrigar Road.

The two towers are identical and rise in terms of numbers of floors and height. The building comprises 45 floors which include 3 levels of basements, 2 levels of Retail, 7 levels of podium parking and 33 levels of office spaces above the podium level. Gross Floor Area of KFT is more than 1.4 million sq ft. The net sellable area of each floor shall be in the range of 16,500 to 17,500 sq ft. KFT has been provided with abundant parking spaces commensurate with the needs of a building of its size. The total number of parking spaces is:
For Cars – 1644 nos.
For Motorcycles – 277 nos.
The entire parking area is housed in the basements and podium levels.
Where the sky bridge pierces through the twin towers, recreational facilities like swimming pool and the garden terrace will be housed. The sky bridge shall be occupied by an elite businessmen club.
