The layout plan for 120 Square Yard or 1080 Square Feet bungalow includes 6 rooms in total. Ground floor contains a bedroom with attached washroom, beautiful and modern kitchen with dining area, a lounge, a drawing room, ample parking space and some open area. First floor contains 3 bedrooms with attached washrooms, a lobby and a terrace to enhance the beauty of outer portion of the house.

Similarly, the layout plan for 240 Square Yard or 2160 Square Feet bungalow contains 6 rooms. Ground floor contains 3 bedrooms with attached washrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a lounge, a drawing room, a lawn and wide parking area with some open area. First floor holds spacious and open terrace with wide sitting area and an attractive study room.

Booing is open for both the bungalows i.e. 120 Square Yard and 240 Square Yard in Kings Luxury Homes. Total price of 120 Square Yard bungalow is 5,500,000 Rs and bookings starts from 400,000 Rs. Similarly, 240 Square Yard bungalow has total price of 7,000,000 Rs and its booking starts from 500,000 Rs.

Rest of the amount for both the bungalows is to be paid in 36 monthly installments and 6 half yearly installments. Home is allocated within 60 days after booking and confirmation is given within 90 days after booking. Work starts 120 days from booking. Expected loan amount is 2,800,000 Rs. There are some extra charges for west open plot, corner plot, road facing plot and park facing plot.

10% discount is offered if full cash payment is paid at the time of booking. 5% discount is offered on first four payments paid by the buyer on booking. Installments must be paid on time and before 10th of every month. Extra charges will be payable exactly after 180 days from booking. All other charges like documentation charges, electricity charges, water charges, gas charges and sewerage etc. are not included in the above amount and will be paid separately. The allocation of houses will remain provisional until the company receives full and final payment.
