Laiba Garden Gatwala Sheikhupura Road Faisalabad Laiba Garden in Gutwala is a small town which was strated building in year 2014 on an area of 5 acres. The main objective was to provide affordable residences for the low income community of Gutwala village and adjoining area. There were 102 plots of 2 ½ and 5 marla category initially. In the start of the town were 18 plots of size 14 marla. Out of these 18 plots the construction work of 6 has been completed and the residents are living here. A few more plots are available in the Laiba Garden Extension.

The developer was Mr Ghulam Nabi in the start. Later on, it has been maintained by a few main investors who have been involved in the sale & purchase of the plots, buildings contsruction and rentals. Currently the development is almost complete. The availability of the sui gas is in process. The underground water is suitable for the routine use. Moreover, the availability of electricity is there. The electricity and the sui gas is not available in the Extension portion of the Laiba Garden.

The main road is 50 feet wide while the inner roads are of 25 feet. The approach to the Laiba Garden is alongside the route to the Village Gutwalla. According to a local resident, the people living in Laiba Garden as of low income community are simple and sociable. The air and the living environment is fresh and upto the mark. The roads need a lot improvement these days. The security of the town is an issue as the town is not guarded by the boundary wall and in surrounded by the agricultural fields. The boundary wall also requires re-construction.

The rate per marla in Laiba Garden is Rs 300,000 while in the Extension block it ranges from 225,000 to 250,000. The 3 marla plots at good location are Rs 325,000 per marla.
