NS Tower is a commercial project consisting of 6 floors which include a lower ground, ground floor and 1st to 4th floor. The lower ground and ground floors have many halls in them. While the 1st to 4th floors have 11 flats with 1 and 2 bedrooms and all the living facilities are also available.


Project Price Plan:

The owner of NS Tower is willing to rent out the whole building that consists of two halls and 11 apartments to one sole party like a bank or an NGO. The monthly rent demanded at the moment is 4 lac Rupees.

NS Tower is a remarkable residential/ commercial project that has no issues that need to be mentioned here. However, management of Ghori Town is facing some legal issues from CDA which include Ghori Gardens and all the phases of Ghori Town. The legal issues are based on the fact that Ali Akber and Company has made these phases without approval from CDA. The roads and streets are not in very good condition and the sewage system is also not satisfactory.

The development work is still going on in Ghori Town and many new commercial projects are under construction. The property rates are very high in Phase IV and V of Ghori Town. Purchasing a plot in this phase is not possible for everyone. The property rates in its neighboring areas, that include all the blocks of Phase IV and VI of Ghori Town, are also very high. The reason is that these phases have been developed earlier and have all the facilities already available in them. The property rates in Phase VII and VIII are still reasonable as compared to its previous phases. Despite all the issues in Ghori Town and Ghori Gardens, people are doing business here and investors have invested money in different residential and commercial projects here. Numerous families are residing here and many other people are constructing their houses here as well. NS Tower offers its clients and customers an opportunity to live or work in Ghori Town at reasonable rate.
