Booking of one hundred and twenty square yard residential plot can be made with an amount of seventy thousand rupees. Booking of two hundred square yard residential plot can be made with an amount of one lac rupees. The booking of two hundred square yard commercial plot can be made with an amount of two lac rupees respectively.

The cost of eighty yard residential plot is six lac rupees approximately. The cost of one hundred and twenty square yard residential plot is nine lac rupees approximately. The cost of two hundred square yard is fifteen lac rupees approximately. And the cost of two hundred square yard commercial plot is twenty four lac rupees. All the prices of plots are exclusive of extra charges. Those charges will be charged later. The payment plan will cover thirty moths of installments.
