To cater for the housing need of Overseas Pakistanis and to provide them residential facilities, OPF has planned and established a number of housing schemes in different cities of the country. Thousand of plots created in these schemes were allotted to Overseas Pakistanis. These schemes are located at the prime locations in the cities of Islamabad, Lahore, Gujrat, Peshawar, Dadu, Larkana and Mirpur (AJK).

Planning & designing of the scheme was carried out by NESPAK. The scheme is approved by CDA.

Encompassing:

2046: Residential Plots.

200: Country Homes.

06 Block: Apartments.

100 Kanal: Commercial area.

Development works are being carried out by Frontier Works Organization, which are expected to be completed by end of current year.

Electrification work has been entrusted to IESCO which is in progress.

OPF has succeeded in getting new approach road from Intelligence Bureau Housing Society (IBESCH) Gulberg Residentia, which will reduce the distance of about 07 Km.
