A fully professional team of architects and town planners, has designed the master plan of Phase II and has tried to create an artistic expression in a way allowing us to live inside a work of art, to surround with beauty the best moments of our life and helping to fill our leisure time with pleasure. Beautiful landscape, green belts and a mini golf course are the add ons in peaceful and secure environment of Phase II of Pak Arab Housing Scheme.

 

Secure Living:
Security is the first level of priority in Pak Arab Housing Scheme. The Security staff at Pak Arab Housing Scheme remain vigilant at all the entrances. Mobile security squad consisting of more than 30-40 guards continuously petrol to ensure the peaceful living environment.

 

Carpeted Roads:
For a smooth and uninterrupted traffic flow, a road network is planned which consists of 120′, 90′ , 60′ and 40′ wide roads. All roads either the main road or auxiliary roads will be fully carpeted.

 

Sewerage & Drainage:
Sewerage & drainage of Pak Arab Housing Scheme is planned keeping in view its future full capacity usage so that to avoid any crises in rainy seasons.

 

Electricity Networks:
Load distribution and supply of electricity in Phase II of Pak Arab Housing Scheme is planned according to the future needs and international standards.

 

Water & Gas:
In order to ensure regular water supply in Phase II of Pak Arab Housing Scheme, two separate Tube wells will be installed that will remain functional all days.
Natural Gas supply network will also be laid down according to the approved standards of Sui Northern Gas Supply company. Gas supply will be ensured to all the residential and commercial units.

Amenities:
The management of Pak Arab Housing Scheme started this project with a plan to provide all necessary urban facilities and civic amenities. All the amenities will be developed on priority basis for making Phase II a self sustainable society for the times to come.


Mosque:
Mosques are the most fundamental amenity at Pak Arab Housing Scheme. Therefore, land for mosques at different locations in Phase II have been planned so that people could offer prayers conveniently in their nearby mosque.


School:
Different locations have been reserved for Schools in Phase II of Pak Arab Housing Scheme. May famous school systems offering Matric to O level education, have shown their interest to build their campuses here .


Hospital:
Dedicated hospital spaces have been planned in Phase II of Pak Arab Housing Scheme. Therefore, residents of the scheme will get their medical treatment near to their residences.


Commercial Area:
Three special commercial areas along the main boulevards of Phase-II are planned with a vision to bring all established and well know brands and outlets in this scheme.
