4 room apartments having an area of 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms are located in Phase 1, Type B. The price for 4 room apartment is almost 4,900,000 Rs. 5 room apartments having an area of 1600 square feet with 3 bedrooms are located in Phase 1, Type A. The price for these 5 room apartment is almost 7,500,000 Rs. Similarly, 5 room apartments having an area of 1800 square feet with 3 bedrooms are located in Phase 1, Type A. The price for these apartments is almost 8.500,000 Rs.

Payment plan for 4 room apartments in Phase 1, Type B includes total price of 4,900,000 Rs besides any extra charges included in it. Booking is offered on 3 Million with 24 monthly installments and 4 half yearly installments. Confirmation is given within 30 days whereas the apartment is allocated within 60 days of booking.

Payment plan for 5 room apartments in Phase I, Type A includes total price of 7,500,000 Rs without any extra charges included in it. Booking is offered on 3,500,000 Rs with 10   monthly installments while the rest of the amount is paid in 3 months, 6 months and 9 months after booking. Confirmation is given within 30 days whereas the apartment is allocated within 60 days of booking. Possession is given in 1 lac Rs.

Payment plan for 5 room apartments in Phase 1, Type B includes total price of 8,500,000 Rs without any extra charges included in it. Booking is offered on 4 million with 24   monthly installments and 4 half yearly installments. Confirmation is given within 30 days whereas the apartment is allocated within 60 days of booking. Possession is given in 2 lac Rs.

Extra charges include 200000 Rs for park facing apartment, 150000 Rs for corner apartment, 200000 Rs for west opening apartment, 150000 Rs for apartments having 40 feet wide road, and 200000 Rs for Mezzanine to 2nd floor. Expected loan amount is 1000000 Rs.
