Completion of Park Enclave-I in record time.

Possession available of plots in Park Enclave Phase-I.

CDA is fulfilling its commitment by awarding possession to the allottees. All allottees of above mentioned plot Nos are requested to obtain possession of their plots by clearing outstanding dues in accordance with the procedure already announced. The payments shall be made to Director Estate Management-I, CDA.

Request for possession of plots shall be made alongwith a pay order amounting Rs. 1000/- in favor of CDA and an attested photocopy of allotment Letter as well as an attested copy of CNIC. Last date for clearing of dues and submission of possession application is 15-05-2016. Delayed payment charges shall be applicable upon failure to abide by the procedure.

About Park Enclave Phase-II

Park Enclave Phase-II is an extension of CDA's prime Park Enclave Housing Project, where CDA has already completed development work within the given time frame. The contract for the development of Park Enclave which included development of road infrastructure, sewerage system, water tanks, boundary wall, main gate and other allied development activities.

Payment Schedule:-

Size of Plot: 1 Kanal Plot.
Price (Excluding Taxes): Rs. 1,75,00000/-

Size of Plot: 2 Kanal Plot.
Price (Excluding Taxes): Rs. 3,50,00000/-

10% down payment at the time of submission of application form.
15% within one month of the date of issuance of offer of allotment.
25% within 4 months of the date of issuance of offer of allotment letter.
25% within 8 months of the date of issuance of offer of allotment letter.
25% within 12 months of the date of issuance of offer of allotment letter.


5% rebate will be allowed in case the successful applicant pays the full price of the plot within one month of issuance of offer of allotment letter.

Refund To Unsuccessful Applicants:-

The refund to the unsuccessful applicants will be paid in Pakistani currency within 45 days of completion of balloting process.
The refund shall be made through the designated branch of the bank where the application was submitted in the form of pay order/bank draft on surrender of original receipt.
The refund pay order/bank draft shall be crossed as “Payee Account Only” and marked as “Non Transferable”.
Note: 10% Additional charges shall be levied on corner plot.
