In a short conversation, Mr Gulzar Khan (a local resident) told that the 200 feet main Satiana Road from Fish Farm to Khanuana / Satiana By pass has recently been announced by the Punjab Government. This would also serve as a link road to Motorway IV (M IV is also a part of CPEC – Lahore). There has been a recent rise in prices of around 5 – 7 % and expected forecast rise in prices in next 3 – 6 months is 10 – 15 %.
