Not only its outlook is inspirational but access to the city is also an easy task as it is also accessible from Rawalpindi saddar via Dhamial road. The city is built on thousands of acres of land surrounded by the stunning and charming valleys of Potohar having Sil River passing through the middle and carrying perennial water flow from springs located on the North of the city. The serenity, radiance and luxury of the land are making QURTABA City a piece of wonder and joy.

Following Development Activities have been performed during the past 1 month. Although the progress had been slow due to monsoon constructional activities were carried out at maximum possible speed.

Development activities on different locations of phase 1 are underway, Main shaft of overhead Water tank is almost completed, form work of the top area is currently being done. Construction of Main entrance complex has also started, Columns of Majid of Block D are also being constructed with optimum speed. Cutting of high level areas of a portion of Block C is also being done. “

Development activates have been started on site by the contractor ACCP, Block B is currently being developed whereas labor camps, Site offices and soil testing for construction of another water tank in block K are also being executed. On the other hand construction of Main entrance gate, Masjid of D block and the water tank of the same block is also being constructed.”

Development works on Access road has been started, drainage system on both sides of the road is being made at the moment, around 6000 RFT boundary wall has been established around phase 1 so far. Construction of another water tank in Block K has also started. construction of Main Entrance Gate is also continued.

Knowledge of Islam and modern sciences was the pride of Qurtaba, the historic city of Spain. Taking inspiration from it, QURTABA City hosts a modern and fully equipped International University situated right at the heart of the locality. Consisting of 750 Kanals of land, the university building in itself would be a masterpiece of art and creativity and would later be known as the center of religious and modern studies in the country. University aims to introduce a new breed of intelligent and skilled individuals in Pakistan.
Students not only from within Pakistan and other Islamic countries will be a part of it but people even from other faiths would be proud to be a part of the precious and valuable work done by the University, giving rise to our dream of a cross religious society based on the single value of equality.
In addition, a complete network of Collages and Schools shall be provided across the entire project operating in accordance to the basic objective of Madinatul Ilm, making this whole setup a vivid picture of blessed learning.

Taking inspiration from its historical namesake, the main Jamia Masjid Qurtaba has been lavishly designed and copiously decorated making it a master piece of both architecture and holiness.
Whereas the beauty of lush green gardens, endowed by the scenic hills of Potohar, surrounding the mosque shall make this Jamia Mosque much more magnificent and glorious, and it’s not the end yet because in addition to Jamia Masjid Qurtaba.
There shall be a number of sector level effectively ordered and piously constructed mosques which are going to function under the umbrella of Jamia Masjid for the development and growth of an aroma of the prominent unity, patience and harmony of Islamic culture.
Located at the very center of the city, Jamia Masjid Qurtaba has been allocated a total area of 156 Kanals including wide verandas and open lush green parks to serve around 32,000 worshippers at a time. The unique blend of modern and contemporary architectural design and its raised floor level shall make it the central view point from all around the city.
