Quarterly installment costs Rs 296,800 and cost of possession is Rs 636,000.

For 12 Marla, the total price is Rs 6,300,000 and price of booking is Rs 945,000. Quarterly installment costs Rs 441,000 and price of possession is Rs 945,000.
