At this time, there is no issue in SSC Arcade, but there are some issues in Jinnah Gardens. Firstly, water is available here but it is less according to requirement. Secondly, the issue is public transport, Jinnah Gardens is 2 to 3 km far away from the expressway, no other transport is available, and because of it the people who live there or do business have to use taxi which is quite expensive.

Jinnah Gardens is a very attractive housing society because of its location and surrounding, whereas the facilities also add to its importance. Property rates here are very high. 5 Marla plot are available for 28 to 35 Lacs. The price for commercial plot is 40 to 60 lacs. If we see plot rates in Jinnah Garden then per Marla for residential plot is available for 5.5 to 7 lacs and on the commercial side it is 8 to 12 lacs. Therefore the rates are very reasonable and provide a lot of opportunities.

The project of SSC Arcade is an amazing one. This project offers all the facilities that must be included in any unique project. The rates of property over here are not very high, they are reasonable yet. The floors of this project involve shops of different sizes. Moreover the only issue in the society is the issue of water as it is less than requirement. The location of this project is ideal and the surrounding of it makes this project even more significant.
