The building fulfills its commercial purpose with excellence in the heart of Lahore. Moreover, it consists of 4 shopping floors: lower ground floor, ground floor, mezzanine floor and paradise floor. All the floors are well-provided with open corridors inter connected with escalators, lifts and stairs with easy excess from all sides. Rest of the six floors contain corporate offices with regional head office of Allied bank Limited located on the top
four floors. There are two basement floors reserved exclusively for parking besides the parking area outside the building. All offices are easily accessible through elevators and stairs starting from the basement parking floors to the top floor of the building.

Details of the center include 675 Tons direct fired absorption chiller (Broad), Dual fuel as and Diesel, with heat recovery and jacket water, Model No. BZHE 200 IX, and Serial No. 05125391. Maximum total power requirement is 1200KVA WAPDA and Standby power generation system. Two Caterpillar Gas Generators, already installed, capacity 630 KVA and 475 KVA and 200 KVA with heat recovery. Underground water tank 25,000 Gallons and overhead tank of 12,500 gallons. Standby pumps, motors and equipment for all building systems.
