Among its latest developments, it has been heard that this society has joined hands with Fazal-e-Rabbi Enterprises for mutually gaining road access via Japan Road. This can become a plus point of Senate Housing Society.
Therefore, for this project, Fazal-e-Rabbi Enterprises has taken the responsibility of providing road access to the society and fulfilling its requirements. Also, it was observed that another MoU is signed with the adjacent Gulberg Islamabad in order to have an alternative access to the society.
Also, in the feature report, the society has appealed all its members to cooperate and join hands with the society management for timely completion of the project. Therefore, the management has urged all its society members to make all the pending dues clear in order to assure timely completion of the project.

The current offer that is a pre-launching offer is applicable only to 7-marla plots, for a limited time frame and prices are supposed to change on the discretion of the developer. After the official launch of the society, the 10 Marla and 1 Kanal Plots will also be available on easy installments. Also, it has reviewed recently the booking price of 7-marla plots that are being offered in Blocks E, F, G, and H because of the high demand of these plots and limited supply.
According to the measurements, the 7-marla plots measures 30×60 square yards and the revised price for it is PKR 1,500,000 with a down payment of PKR 375,000 required. However, the investors are supposed to make 6 quarterly installments spanning 1.5 years. The price of each installment is PKR 187,500.
