The rates in Sihala Heights are very low and the booking plan is easy to follow. Booking in Sihala Heights for 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and spacious penthouses has already started with 30% down payment. For the comfort and ease of their customers, ACE Builders have offered an 8 quarterly installment plan. In addition, a 24 monthly installment plan is also available. The remaining 10% of the price will have to be paid upon possession.


The retail spaces on the lower ground floor range from 1226 square feet to 3236 square feet. The launching price per square foot is Rs. 17,000/-

The retail spaces on the ground floor range from 170 square feet to 4459 square feet. The launching price per square foot is Rs. 23,000/-

The hostel facilities available are fully furnished for the convenience of the students.

The price for Category A apartments is Rs. 1,500,000/-

The price for Category B apartments is Rs. 2,000,000/-

The price for Category C apartments is Rs. 2,500,000/-

The price for Category D apartments is Rs. 3,000,000/-

There are many modern and educated families residing in this area, so people prefer to live here.
