Sitara Villas started development in 2011 on 4 ¾ Murabba of land with demarcation of almost 200 plots of Category 2 Kanals only. Later on the partnership among the developers were broken. Previously the name of the project was Sitara Qamar Villas which was converted to Sitara Villas.
