68620 square feet total area. 13724 per square feet covered area on each floor. 7 levels in total. Basement car parking along with front and west-side parking. All seven levels connected with elevators for persons and cargo. Basement and lower ground levels connected with escalators. Emergency exits on all floors along with fast and effective evacuation plans. Firefighting systems, smoke detectors and sprinklers on all floors. State-of-the art electrical systems for improved efficiency. Second, third and fourth floors will consist of large sized shops/offices.
