Booking is open for all the four blocks of this project on 10% of the total amount. Rest of the amount is to be paid through easy monthly installment plan of 10% x 5.

Phase I includes Block A, Block B, Block C, and Block D. Block A offers 2 bed apartments, Block B offers three bed apartments (C-type) and three bed apartments (Double Level), Block C offers three bed apartments (Double Level) while Block D holds three bed apartments with terrace.

Phase II holds Block AA, Block BB, Block CC, and Block DD. All these blocks contain studio apartments and (C-Type) three bed apartments.
