If one was to buy a 2 bedroom flat that is constructed on an area of 1366 sq ft. they would have to pay a total of Rs. 56 Lakh. Similarly, a flat with an area of 1695 sq ft and 3 bedrooms costs Rs. 75 Lakh. Whereas another flat with 3 bedrooms and an area of 2458 sq ft. costs Rs.1.07 Crore in total. These prices are not only representatives of the area and space of the flat but also the features and facilities that are there in different apartments. Another important facility that has been extended by The Galleria is the payment plan which can be considered extremely flexible and easy. This plan is based on a total of 4 years. The booking of the apartments can be taken up by paying a 25% of the total amount. The rest of the money can be paid in an easy installment plan of 16 quarterly installments. The payment plan also includes some variations depending upon the floors on which the apartments are being bought.
