However a broad idea can be taken from fact that a shop on the lower and ground floor that has an area of 176 square feet costs Rs 1.85 Crore. This payment can be dealt with at one time in the form or cash or the buyer can choose to pay in the form of installments. Similarly, a 304 square feet shop on the first floor and second floor costs 1.5 to 2.58 Crore. The range of the price can be explained by the location of the shop on these floors. This rate varies with the floors and plans and the size of the shops. The corner shops might cost less as compared to the shops that are right in the view. In the same manner, a shop that has the window view might differ in price from the one that is closed.
