However, the management of Ghori Town is facing legal issues from CDA that are related to Ghori Garden and all the phases of Ghori Town from 5 to 8. Ghori Town management is facing these issues because Ali Akber and Company has developed these phases without proper approval from CDA. Moreover, roads and sewage system are not in good condition either. But phase 7 and 8 being the latest developed by Ali Akber and Company, have open roads, parks, play areas and better underground sewage system.

The development work is still going on in Ghori Town and many new commercial projects are under construction. The property rates are very high in Phase IV and V of Ghori Town.
