There are ten percent extra charges for Main Boulevard and corner location property. All the payments whether booking and other, must be paid in the form of pay order or demand draft for ZARAJ group. In case of delay in any payment, fifteen percent fine will be charged from the client. The amount of booking is nonrefundable in case of cancellation of the signed agreement. When a house is allotted to an individual, it is assumed that it should not be used other than the purpose mentioned or applied in the agreement. If any party is found violating the rules, strict actions will be taken against the party.
