Zaraj Residencia is a project of around 500 plots of different sizes approximately 35’ x 65’ and 40’ x 70’. This project has been developed at a central location in Zaraj Housing scheme which is developed for finest quality of houses of about 3243 square feet and 3435.70 square feet of covered area. Payment Plan

Bookings for houses in the society can be made easily at a two year installment plan. The booking can be made easily with the down payment of an amount of 20% and the remaining amount shall be paid in 8 quarterly installments of an amount of 10% each. The total booking price of 10 Marla plot is 15,000,000 PKR, for 12 Marla (option A 40 x 70 plots) price is 17,500,000 PKR and for 12 Marla (option B 40 x 70) total booking price is 16,500,000 PKR.

And for 10 Marla at the time of booking an amount of 3,000,000 PKR shall be paid, for 12 Marla (option A 40 x 70 plots) an amount of 3,500,000 PKR shall be paid and for 12 Marla (option B 40 x 70 plots) an amount of 3,300,000 PKR shall be paid. And after every 2 months a 10% amount of 1,500,000 PKR is to be paid for 10 marla and an amount of 1,750,000 PKR shall be paid for 12 Marla (option A plot) and a 10% amount of 1,650,000 PKR for (option B plot).

A properly designed double line sewerage plant has been inserted and is connected to the main sewerage treatment plant. There are also separate drainage pipes for rain water. Electricity is provided in the society via Sawan grid station and the external wiring work in the society has been finished. Electrical connection supply is semi undergrounded and also functional in the scheme.

Such as the boundary wall has been designed and protected for ensuring privacy and security for the residents. There are four water tanks and five tube wells provided in the society having a storage capacity of about 400,000 Gallons.

The water filtration plant installed in the society provides the residents with the facility of drinking clean and healthy water for the residents.
