There are some Sui gas and legality issues from CDA in Akbar Enclave. These issues are present in phase seven to phase 8 of Ghori Town. The reason behind the legality issues is due to the fact that Ali Akbar and Company launched their phases without the approval from CDA. And so gas lines are not placed here. Apart from this, the mapping of roads and streets have been done here, and they will be carpeted soon.

One more year is required for the completion of development work here. This is the reason that property rates here are good for buyers. It is affordable for everyone yet to buy plot in Akbar Enclave. However property rates in phase 4, 5, and 6 are very high, because all facilities are present there and they are fully developed. Rates in Akbar Enclave Ghori phase 7 and 8 are affordable as compared to others. Investors are still investing and doing business in Akbar Enclave despite of some issues. Moreover, many families are living here. Some clients are working on their commercial projects here while some are busy in construction of their house.
