Pakistan Town does not allow any type of construction or development without NOC. So, in Al Taqwa Shopping Center is also properly approved by the authorities of Pakistan Town and CDA. There are no legal issues regarding this project. But there are some major issues in Pakistan Town as it does not have very good cleaning services. The sewage lines are also blocked here and there which causes sanitary water to overflow on the roads.
